Our final luncheon of the year at the T.A.T. had 65 in attendance. Jimmy and his crew did their usual good job with the food and service.
Father Stephen Alcott, pastor of St. Patrick’s, and Father Steve Carmody pastor of Holy Trinity in Somerset, Ohio were our guest today and led us in prayer for 4 alumni who passed away since the September luncheon, and 11 alumni who are ill. Lou Fabro, Alumni Director at St. Charles also was a guest today. He delivered to us 4 Aquinas yearbooks that were donated by a father of one of their students.
The winners of the 50/50 drawing were Tom Keefe, class of 1951, and Phil Campisi, class of 1958.
Questions arose regarding the temporary closing of the Jubilee Museum which houses our Aquinas Museum at Holy Family. We understand that the Columbus Diocese is taken charge of the enterprise. We will endeavor to obtain more information, but nothing is available now. Stay tuned.
Our next luncheon will be at the TAT on Monday April 6, 2020. Remember to look for the 2019 newsletter which will be published and emailed or mailed around December 1, 2019.
Have a wonderful fall and winter season, stay safe and healthy, and we look forward to seeing all of you next year.
Lou Nobile, class of 57
